Sometimes those secondary characters steal the show and when it comes to books no one steals the show better than Fred and George.

"You two just Apparated on my knees!" "Yeah, well, it's harder in the dark --" |
When it comes to movies, there's one secondary character that will always be in my memory. Darryl from Just like heaven.

"Do you have a diet anything? I'm like, ninety-nine point nine percent parched, here. I could really use a Col-la." |
I don't know what it is (maybe it's just John Header's acting) but every time Darryl appeared on the screen the main characters took a backseat to his brilliance. And with a cast like Reese Witherspoon and Mark Ruffalo that's saying something. This movie is one my favorites for that character alone.
Have you seen Just Like Heaven? Is there another character you would have picked from Harry Potter?

You always knew mischief was afoot when the Weasley brothers appeared.
Definitely love the Weasley twins - and on film they look pretty darn cute as well! hehe
I haven't seen Just Like Heaven, but now I know I have to!
I haven't seen Just like Heaven. Will have to look it up.
So far I'm seeing a lot of HP characters on this bloghop. Not a surprise. :)
Oh- the twins! they were a great fun distraction.

Yes yes! Fred and George were super close to making my list as well :) But Harry Potter has a whole bunch of amazing secondary characters, I had to do eeny meeny miney mo. :)
I haven't seen Just Like Heaven, I'll have to check it out!
I think I may be the only person in the world who has never read or seen Harry Potter. And I haven't seen Just Like Heaven either-- I have got to get out more. Sound like great characters.
Excellent picks with Fred and George. I loved them.
Never seen the other movie, but it sounds good.
Love Fred and George! They're great in both the book and in the movies. There are so many amazing secondary characters in The Harry Potter world - the teachers at Hogwarts, some of the other students, even the Dursleys. :)
Stopping by on the A-Z Road Trip!
I loved Fred & George. ;) And I LOVED Just Like Heaven. And Darryl's character is the best!! I kind of want to watch that movie now.
Fred and George rule the comedy of the series. Darryl was funny.
Oh my gosh... it doesn't get better than Fred and George!
The Weasley twins! Awesome!
Fred and George are a good choice but I'll admit to loving Neville and Luna.
I've never read Harry Potter and have no interest, so I didn't know till I read the comments who Fred and George were supposed to be.
Yes! Yes! Great choices.
I love the Weasleys! And I haven't seen Just LIke Heaven, but now I want to:D
I've never seen "Just Like Heaven". Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar, considers me to be a secondary character on my own blog site. Harry Potter, is actually a thinner version of Billy Bunter, which was a classic British TV show from the fifties.
Well done to Rachel and the impending release of her book. As for blog hops...yikes, but I will inform the Bloggers Information Hotline about this blog hop.

Just Like Heaven is one of my favorite movies!!!! I got so excited when I saw the picture!!! Such an awesome choice! :)
Eep, I don't know any of these characters! (That's right, I've never read/watched Harry Potter. What?!) A lot of my own favorite side characters are great sources of comic relief, so I'm not surprised by any of your choices, based off your descriptions of them!
YES! Your choices are the my favorites so far!
I LOVED! LOVED LOVED!!! Just Like Heaven. And yes Header's acting was fantastic. Though I really loved how the main characters seemed to sit up straighter when Header was on film with them. Good choice.
Wish I'd known about this blog hop in advance! It's a great idea. Hagrid always stuck out to me as the most readable of the Harry Potter side characters. I came to adore the big guy.
This has been a fun little hop. Everyone (including you) have been selecting some excellent characters.
Oh yeah, I always wish that awesome secondary characters got their own stories. And generally speaking, I love it when they do.
