ALL I WANT FOR NANO!

The day has finally arrived! The Spirit of Christmas is now available for purchase. Make sure you get your copy here! It's only $2.99 and it's for a great cause.

To celebrate, me and my co-authors Jessica Salyer, David Powers King, Kelley Lynn, and Cassie Mae are doing a bloghop.

Here's the rules:

1.Anytime between November 1st - 3rd post what you want for you NaNo.
2. Put a buy link to The Spirit of Christmas Anthology, as well as the blog hop code---  <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.simply-linked.com/listwidget.aspx?l=6a0a61b2-8e5b-4acc-bb60-db0e8f46255f" ></script> .

That's it. Get as creative as you like, pictures--flash fiction--video, think outside the box.

Of course, the bloghop wouldn't be complete without prizes! Since they're five of us, they're five excellent prizes.

Jennie's giving away a 50 page critique + an ecopy of The Spirit of Christmas
Jessica's also giving a 50 page critique + an ecopy of The Spirit of Christmas
Kelley's giving a $25 Amazon Giftcard + an ecopy of The Spirit of Christmas
David's also giving a $25 Amazon Giftcard + an ecopy of The Spirit of Christmas
Cassie's giving a choice of any of her ebooks + an ecopy of The Spirit of Christmas

What do I want for NaNo?

I thought I had the answer to this question all figured out until...big surprise, we're moving to Houston, Texas!

That's 1,500 miles away from my current home in Utah so now my NaNo wish has changed.

I thought this was what I wanted -

But it turns out all I want is to avoid this -

Insane as it sounds (and yes, I know it's) I'm still going to try and write a novel this month. I'm going to do what I can. It may mean I only get 25,000 words, but it's better than  nothing. Happy NaNo-ing everyone!

Don't forget to sign up with your own NaNo wish!

Congrats on the big move! I hope everything goes smoothly. It always does when you move your kids across the country, right? :)

I'm sure you'll get some writing in, but if not, don't stress. We'll let you extend your NaNo through December. :)

Sometimes plans go astray, but I have a feeling this adventure is going to fuel your imagination like a crate full of foaming monkeys. That makes no sense, but it's still the truth. :)

Happy NaNoing, indeed. Whatever you get, it'll be more than you had at the beginning. Good luck!

Or...you could stay here AND get a novel written, haha. Good luck and congrats on the book!

Really? That's awesome! My husband just applied for a job there and we're waiting to hear back. How crazy would it be if we both ended up in Houston? SO COOL!

We're going to miss you, Jennie. At least you can still join us on the chat. I hope.

Got my copy of The Spirit of Christmas!

You know, you reminded me that I moved too during the holidays. And I still did NaNo. BUT, I didn't move that far away.

Good luck with everything, and thanks for hosting this fun blog hop!

That's very ambitious -- to do major writing while preparing for a move.

Good luck on the anthology launch! That does seem like a fine cause to endorse.

And further good luck to all the NaNoers, you mad composers, you.

You did get creative! I just blurted out what I wanted for NaNo and left it at that. hehe.

This was a fun hop, and I anticipate it shall only get more fun as I visit the other blogs! :D

Good luck with your move. Funny how life throws you curveballs like that. I didn't expect to move to northern Spain 18 months ago, but here I am!
